Power consistency
The unique design of Exide EHP series VRLA batteries, make them capable of providing consistent power over a longer period of time than many other battery types. This is because they are built to handle a slow and steady discharge rate until they reach a specified depth of discharge. For data centers, it is unlikely that the Exide VRLA battery's entire capacity will ever be used except in extreme circumstances, however, the battery can easily keep the most critical functions of the datacenter powered up for hours until full power is restored.
