Role of the Committee

The Committee looks into redressal of investor complaints relating to transfer of shares, non-receipt of dividend, non receipt of annual reports etc.

Mr Supriya Coomer, Company Secretary & Vice President – Legal and Administration and the Compliance Officer of the Company has been designated as Secretary to the Committee and assigned with the responsibility of overseeing investor grievances.
